Brian Holmes an assistant farm boss at the Douglas lake Cattle Company. He has worked for DLCC 17 years doing irrigation, farm work and supervising a crew of up to 20 people. He is a Councillor for the Upper Nicola Band since 2011. During his terms as a council member he has received a certificate for Restorative Justice Facilitator Training, received a Diploma with highest honors in Police Sciences (Law Enf. & Prot.), established a Community Consultative Group in the Upper Nicola Community, Chair of Nicola Valley Community Justice Services Society, Chair of UNB Finance Audit Committee.
