UNB Land Use Plan & Residential Land Allocation Policy Updates

With the assistance of McElhanney UNB has gone through the process of updating the UNB Land Use Plan and UNB Residential Land Allocation Policy. A total of 5 community engagement sessions were hosted with Youth, Elders and General Membership.

Upper Nicola Band Membership now has the opportunity to review the updated policies during the 30-day posting period. All comments or concerns can be submitted to the UNB Lands Department in writing within the 30-day notification period. Any comments will be submitted in a report to Chief and Council prior to final approval of the updated documents.
