Upper Nicola Band has initiated a survey to determine if UNB Members are in favour of proceeding with negotiations with respect to leasing a portion of Lot 87, Nicola Lake IR 1 for an AI-based Data Centre Project to iTel Networks Inc. and Bell Canada Enterprises Inc., to be held on July 7, 2025. The voters will be asked the following question:
Are you in favor of Upper Nicola Holdings Limited Partnership leasing approximately 100 to 150 acres of land on Lot 87, IR1 Nicola Lake, to iTel Networks Inc. and Bell Canada Enterprises Inc. for the purpose of constructing and operating an AI Based Data Centre Project?
